Check this out and see what you think. I will personally vouch for the property and all it holds i helped the sellers get it ready and worked on it for them.

I doubt they will move it but it is very nice.
what you dont see is the pipe fence 60ft round pen and the pipe fence 20x20 square pen that i helped build and the stud pens. The barn has 3 regular size stalls and 1 double size stall and room for another with very little work i put alot of time in on this place and hate to see it sold to strangers. I couldnt afford it my self but its worth it.

That would be SO perfect for us. We have a daughter who has learning disabilities as well as mental health issues. She wants to live on her own but she can't support herself financially, so this would be ideal because she'd have a separate home from us. Then our other daughter is in college going for an Equine Studies degree could put her horse (and I could get a horse, too!) there. No way we could move to Oklahoma though. |

I don't much care for the double wide, but I am notoriously prejudiced against trailer houses (aka mobile homes)...otherwise it looks like a nice place.

The manufactured home is not a trailer home its a home pre built and then moved to your area and foundation.
In all aspects its a regular house that was moved to your location. Previous owners were gonna have another put on the property for me and mine to live in as onsite handyman and grounds keeper and stable hand so there is also another cleared area for that. I worked hard keeping this place clean and mowed. I also wired up the lighting and electrical hookups for the rv and arena.
